Pharmacy First is an NHS service that encourages patients to visit their local pharmacy first instead of going to their GP for a range of conditions which can be assessed and treated by pharmacists. The conditions that are covered and the eligible patients can access free advice and treatment for includes (but is not limited to): Urinary Tract Infection - for women age 16 to under 65 years), Impetigo and Infected nappy rash. Think pharmacy first. Local and convenient access to expert advice and treatments.
NHS 111 Referral
We offer the NHS 111 community pharmacy consultation service, whereby 111 may refer you to our pharmacy for health advice and treatment for a range of conditions.
New Medicine Service
Providing support for patients diagnosed with a long term condition who have a newly prescribed medicine. To help improve your adherence and your understanding of the medicine generally leading to better health outcomes.
Needle and Syringe Exchange
This service provides access to sterile needles and syringes along with a sharps container for the return of used equipment. This promotes a safe injection practice.
